I came across Flow Yoga at the Mind Body Spirit Festival and it was the highlight for me thanks to the amazing Kylie who patiently helped me find the perfect fit, the capri for me. The material quality is so smooth and comfortable and the designs are all so beautiful. I get comments every time I wear them at the gym. I keep a lookout online for new releases so now the proud owner of 3 sets of Capri pants and singlet tops. Can't recommend them high enough and proud to support an Aussie business!

I found Flow leggings during covid lockdowns and lived in them - the patterns are beautiful, fun, ethereal and vibrant - at the time, they lightened my days. Returning to group workouts they are the leggings that start a conversation and receive the most compliments of any that I wear. The fact they are Australian made, and that Kylie is so lovely, AND that she has introduced me to the brilliance of legging pockets (so handy!) are just several added bonuses. 5 years later I just bought more and not because the old pieces are worn but just because I am going to the gym more often. Perfect in every way….the best out there!
