Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be over the moon with your Flow Goodies and that's why we offer a simple and easy return policy. Please find the relevant information for your return below.
FULL PRICE ITEMS
Credit Code
  • We offer a storewide credit code on any unworn, unwashed & unused items that are sent back to us within 14 days after receiving.
  • We suggest you try on all items as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this timeframe.
  • Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer.
  • We aim to process your return within 7 business days from the date we receive your return.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items are sent back in perfect, unused condition. No items with make-up or tanning marks will be accepted. 
  • CREDIT CODES on BESPOKE garments are not possible.
  • Please note that if any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny your return and send it back to you at your cost.
Exchange
  • We offer size and design exchange on full-price items only.
  • Please clearly specify on the return form what size and/ or design you wish to receive.
  • If your choice is not available at the time of exchange we will gladly make the item for you. This will normally take up to 2- 3 weeks.

SALE ITEMS

Credit Code

  • A sale item is classed as a full-priced item that is discounted for a short period of time.
  • We offer a storewide credit code on any unworn, unwashed & unused sale items that are sent back to us within 14 days after receiving.
  • We suggest you try on all items as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this timeframe.
  • Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer.
  • We aim to process your return within 7 business days from the date we receive your return.

Exchange

  • We do not offer any size or design exchanges on Sale items.
  • You can use your store credit to re-purchase at your convenience.
OUTLET
  • All Outlet sales are final, with no opportunity to exchange or return.

HOW TO SEND YOUR PARCEL BACK:

Within Australia
  • Returns can be sent to: PO Box 5864, GOLD COAST M.C. QLD  9726
  • Please use the return form included in your parcel.
  • Send the item back to us by Registered Post with a tracking number. 
  • Please make sure you keep the tracking number to ensure a safe and trackable return as Flow cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  • If you are wishing to exchange, complimentary shipping applies only to the first exchange. If you require further exchanges all postage costs are to be covered by you, the customer.
    International Orders

    • Please use the return form included in your parcel.
    • Send the item back to us by International Registered Post with a tracking number.
    • Please make sure you keep the tracking number to ensure a safe and trackable return as Flow cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
    • If you are exchanging, the new replacement order will incur the additional shipping cost back to you.
